The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) is the umbrella organization of Canada’s provincial and territorial securities regulators. The CSA oversees management of the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR+) which is a filing system developed to facilitate the electronic filing of securities information as required by Canadian Securities Administrators. Avantis has partnered with the CSA to receive a real-time feed of Canadian security filings from the SEDAR+ system. Once filings are approved by regulators, they flow onto Avantis systems in real-time.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is the U.S. government agency in charge of the nation's securities industry. s. The SEC oversees management of the EDGAR system. EDGAR, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, is the primary system for companies and others submitting documents under the various U.S. securities acts. Avantis has partnered with the SEC to receive a real-time feed of U.S. security filings from the EDGAR system. Once filings are approved by regulators, they flow onto Avantis systems in real-time.
